User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI am writing this annonomosly -- Thiry eight years of Jerry's food...count on one hand the times I was disappointed! There is something very special about a family that is THIS commited to providing a warm meal, a warm atmostphere at a reasonable price! My favorite? Too many to say, but you can't go wrong with the Chef Salad, the cat fish, or the turkey and dressing, that's for sure!!

I got there early (5:30-ish) so it was not too busy at the time. I ordered onion rings as an appetizer. The were out within 5 minutes of ordering and were hot, and very good (they batter their own rings). The chicken fried steak came with mashed potatoes, green beans, cream gravy and a roll. The steak itself was pre-packaged (not pounded out fresh) but still very good. The potatoes and green beans (german style) were were fresh and very good as well. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Quick service and good food at a great price (my tab came in a little over $10). The waitress was very attentive so of course she got a $5 tip :)
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWe have only eaten lunch there, most of the times it has been good. We have had a couple of bad experiences though. Ordered that big burger with the mushrooms and the mushrooms smelled and tasted bitter. we complained and they took the burger off the ticket. What a shame. wont be back, that just turned me off. i really liked the burger before but like i said the last time i got it...ewwww
