User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called this company and was told it would only be about 30 min. and after 3 and a half hours I called annother company that was there in about 15 min. I will never call this company again.

User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI work in the business office of a Killeen body shop and compared to other tow companies we do business with, Action Towing's services are definitely overpriced. Their towing and storage fees are ridiculous. If you're looking for an honest tow company, I recommend Goode Towing or Wolfman's Towing.
