    Quite the Bar-B-Que joint. I had two chicken poppers, couple slices of brisket, jap sausage. All were excellent. When they open that b-b-q pit, you will have a hard time making up your mind. My folks had the pork chop and it had to be 1.5" maybe even 2" thick. Better bring a Texas sized appetite.

    My brother talked about the hard eight through out our whole trip, "We gotta eat at Hard-Eight!" Now I know why! The food was great!
