User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI was in Waco on business and staying at the Hilton downtown. I tried Ninfa's since it was across the street. I think it was some of the best Tex-Mex I've had in a long time. They give you some really good green sauce with your chips and salsa that was unique. I had a combo plate with beef tacos and a queso puff pastry and it was all pretty awesome. I sat at the bar since I was by myself and the service there was very good. I would highly recommend Ninfa's to any wayward traveler's in Waco.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsi love this place. I think the quality of service from employees has gone down everywhere, so you do have to wait sometimes here to get a drink refill. I think the food is great and so are the drinks. everytime i go to waco, i have to stop in.

We have been visiting the happy hour here for a long time and it is usually great. BUT, lately the atmosphere is not as laid back and fun. The bar area is stuffy and uptight. And the new fountain...ummm..can you say gay pride! They should really rethink the rainbow!!!
