User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWould not recommend , unfriendly staff, you have to have your hearing aid shipped to be repaired and wait at least 2 weeks to get it back. Why do that when there is a repair shop that fixes your aid in an hour or less.

You are so right there! I have found a wonderful place to get my hearing aids repaired in shop , it is called Central Texas Hearing Aid & Repair Center, located in Waco on Sanger Ave. Michael and Debbie Spradlin and the other staff are so very caring and friendly. Reasonable prices too!
