Smoked beef, ribs, ham, sausage and more come with ranch-style beans, corn on the cob, or buttered garlic-potatoes. For dessert, there are home-style peach or cherry cobblers.

    My company has a branch office in Waco and when I was working there for 3 weeks I learned to love Michna's. I ate BBQ every day. This place has awesome food, the buffet has all the down-home sides you could want and they're cooked by people who have lived the BBQ lifestyle. This place dosen't try to be fancy - the food is the star of this show. Simple, classic and delicious. The decor is all original from the 70's or earlier. It's called "character" and this place has it in spades.

    Look for the big pistol out in front.

    Food is great...but good luck trying to get them to answer the phones! I've tried on 4 different occations to call in orders...no answer.
    Again...food is excellent thats whey I try back...but...that will stop eventually.

    This is one of the Very Best BBQ Places in Central Texas. I love their ribs, and the brisket is so tender. We usually eat the buffet for lunch, they have the best homeade breads. If you've never been there, your missing out on a great meal. The people that work there are so nice and friendly too.
