About:	This charming fresh slow food oasis is located in the heart of Texas in a lovingly restored 1928 building in historic downtown Brownwood. CIA trained chef, Garry Botbyl, serves lunch and dinner. His menus evolve with the seasons. Everything is made in house from breads to sorbets and ice creams.
