User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe walked into the restaurant and were greeted nicely by hostess. She got us a table for 11. We had guest from Puerto Rico and decided that a 'country style' restaurant would leave a good impression. We got in right before all the traffic at 11:30a.m. We got our table and our drinks. We ordered our food and waited. We waited and waited. When we stared noticing that everyone that arrived after us were eating we asked the waiter what happened and all he replied without even stopping at our table was sorry. We then got up and spoke to the manager who had a solemn look and all he kept saying was 'sorry'. He never bother to say I will check to see what the hold up is or anything of the sort. I explained to him that we had a few diabetics on our table and that was the reason why we had gotten there so early but that everyone around us was eating and leaving and we still did not have our food. An hour had passed by at this point. Response from the manager with a blank look on his face. SORRY! We walked out and will not be returning. Our guests unfortunately did not take a good impression or memory of our Texas Star.
