I had a very enjoyable experience at Jo Ann's. I found the perfect dress, jewelry, and a hair piece for a fairly inexpensive price. The attndents were lovely and very helpful.
JoAnn's is now under new ownership!!!! The new owners want to apologize for all of your bad experiences you may have had previously at JoAnn's bridal. We look forward to serving you in the future! Come by and see us in West, or give us a call 254-826-5715. See you soon!!!
I drove nearly 2 hours to visit Jo Ann's bridal for my wedding gown and everyone was super nice BEFORE I bought my dress; but once they had my money everything changed. I came in for my fitting and I was snapped at, practically yelled at, and when they weren't being rude they were completely ignoring me and my friend was told she was in the way. I came in to pick up my dress from alterations (was ignored for a bunch of girls looking at prom dresses) and snapped at because I was early - although I had called the previous day to confirm my appointment time and dress pickup. And they hadn't even begun to take the dress up - they had it 3 months to do the alterations. So I had to get the dress rushed due to my pictures. I drove in again to pick up my dress and yet again I was snapped at. Plus, I was told my dress would be cleaned and they yelled at me "stating we don't CLEAN dresses!" I was told it would be spot cleaned and I called the previous day to ensure that it was cleaned and ready. I was told the dress was cleaned and pressed and ready. They lied. But the worse part was when the lady yelled at my mom because they would no longer accept her debit card - she paid for the dress with her debit card but apparently now it wasn't good enough for them. My mother was really embarrassed by the way the lady spoke to her. She was extremely rude to my mother and me after we spent a lot of money in their store. This was really disheartening. Getting married is suppose to be a joyous time in your life and they took all the joy out of my wedding dress.
