Best restaurant experience I have had when on the road. Got to Early, TX at a late hour and Prima Pasta was right on the same lot as hotel. Went over with hopes of just filling the hole but WOW! The staff greeted me like I was the first customer of the day instead of one of the last. My order came quickly and there even was offer to help carry it. When we opened the food up in the room and here was the best surprise of all. The quantity was beyond expectations but the most surprising was the quality. From the salad to the bread all were great. I must agree with a previous poster who complimented the alfredo sauce. They hit it on the head. I love good alfredo but it is so easy to make pasty and flat. This sauce was light and flavorful. I know that if we are back in that area we will be going back. When the service and the food are that great you have found a real gem.

Large portions and large flavors. All around very good Italian food. We only come to "town" once a month to stock up from Wal-Mart but we always eat here. They have great food, very good service, good bar & wine list and very friendly. Try it, you'll like it too.
