    This place is terrible. Papa John's is my fiance's favorite place, so we went here. A single large pepperoni pizza took almost 50 minutes to make!! Another person waiting outside was so mad that she actually called the manager about her long wait and came over and gave me the number also without me even knowing her or asking. The girl inside never said "sorry for your wait" or anything, she looked like she hated working there and didn't care about anything. So, in the future I will be going to the Little Caesar's that isn't much farther down, they are quick and polite!

    We placed our order and drove from Lacy Lakeview... When we arrive our order is not found. So our wait turns into 45+, no one apologized for the ERROR, be prepared to wait forever!

    I had a bad experience at this take-out. For starters they told me it would take 20 minutes it ended up being 50 minutes instead. No big deal. Next the inform me the pizza had jalapenos on one of the pizza's. OK we can remove them and carry-on. Once I got home I had realized they got one of the pizza orders wrong. I call the store and ask them to remake this order. Instead of trying to make things right, the store manager argues he repeated my order and its is my fault it is wrong. They said they would be glad to remake my pizza at full price. I was not asking for anything free, just to make it right for the people who were going to eat it.

    What is sad about this episode, this was the store manager who told me this. I will never go back there and advise the same to anyone else. There are too many good business in Waco that appreciate your business.
