    I went here for my fiance's birthday and we shared the Chocolate Bag... It was SO gooood. This place is amazing, the absolute nicest place to eat in Waco, if you don't mind the high prices! The cheapest entrees are something like $22.

    Consistently top notch: Diamondback's is a real gem of a restaurant. It is expensive but the food is wonderful as is the service. The filets are great as are all the other specialty dishes and appetizer's that I've had. Good wine list and good bar selections too. If you want to treat someone or yourself this is the place to do it. If you have a party of 4 or so try the Chocolate Sack dessert. It's heavenly.

    Diamondback's is the Best!: I am a business travelor and have been stuck in Waco for the past two weeks and I can tell you that Diamondback's has been the highlite of my time here. The service is spectacular and not pushy at all. The wine list is one of the best I have ever seen, and the food has been incredible! I have eaten there perhaps 6 nights over the past two weeks and I have tried many different items and each time I try a new item...I have a new favorite. I have been entertaining business clients and they all have loved it. The managers are all over it and I have always been made to feel pretty important on each of my visits. Anyhow, I would put Diamondback's up against any steakhouse I have been to. It is expensive...but my company picks up my tab, so I have no problem with that! The sushi was also very fresh!
