User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI've bought six cars at this dealership and feel I've been treated fairly every time. I tell the sales dept what type of car I'm intrested in and where I want to be on payment and they make it work everytime. No hassles at all. I recommend this dealer highly.

As a newly grad college student, they took me for all they could.
This place is nothing but crooks. I bought my first car here and was totally taken advantage of. I received one quote by email, on the same car VIN by the same sales rep. When I return to the dealership to finalize the sale, they shuffled the numbers and stuck it back up at MSRP. I forgot to bring the copy of the email with me with my price quote, and it was 6pm on a Friday, I was moving that following Sunday. I had no options left and signed, a $3000 mistake. Oscar was the sales guy and I don't remember the guy who drafted the paperwork.
Both shady...he claimed he didn't have a copy of the email he sent me. They get you in a crunch then totally take advantage of you. If you want a good deal on a car, go to Dallas or Austin, this place sucks.

Sounds like buyers remorse to me... I have dealt with this dealership for over 30 years and have always had a pleasant experience. I have bought 10 new vehicles from this store and never once had an issue with sales or service. The staff is very friendly, laid back and easy to work with. No hassles like you tend to get a bigger stores in Dallas/Austin/Houston. I would highly recommend shopping for your Nissan in Waco.
