They...See MoreThe experiance weve had with Greyhound has been horrible, I would not sugguest that anyone take this public transportation. They employ the most rude and inconsiderate people they can find. This bus line is paid for by the public you would think grown men and women could get more respect! Instead the two trips that weve taken the bus drivers could not have been more disrespectful!! The first time I thought was a fluke but the second driver was even worse. I dont think they deserve a rating what so ever just negitive!!!
To tell you the truth, I ve had no problem with any of the bus drivers. You just must have caught the wrong person of gaurd or something. I have been on many greyhound busses and this comment you have made is very rude and disrespectful. The bus drivers take out of their time to work and drive people around the country. You should be grateful that you got to where you wanted to go.04/23/12 -

This greyhound bus system is a joke! How is this place still in operation???!! I am going down to the houston bus station tomorrow and from reading the reviews I am totally dreading it! I will raise sand if i have to to get my money back. The online page is bullcorn and is not efficient, so now I have to go in person which is a total waist of gas! Anyway all I know is I need the correct bus ticket or my money back and I am not leaving until I get it. P.S. I am an education grad student, now I see why education professionals ride a plane!
