We went to dinner before a movie (2 hrs to start time) and had to wait 30 min for a table; they said the wait was 15 min, and we saw 2 families who came in after us, same size party, that were seated before us. Once seated, we couldn't get any service. Our first waiter was friendly but disappeared after taking our order & bringing drinks. The second waiter brought our food almost 30 min later (at this point we'd been in the place 1 hr) and we had to call him back as he left without asking if we needed anything else, like drink refills. The food was horrible. There were 4 of us in the party: one person ordered steak med-rare but got it very well-done, second person ordered shrimp but got chicken, third person had cold & chewy pasta, and fourth person ordered a baked potato which never showed up. The second waiter never came back with our drink refills, so we had to flag down a third waiter and we asked to speak to the manager. This took almost another 30 min. The manager was very apologetic and offered to comp the meal for us. At this point we had been in the establishment for almost 1 1/2 hrs with nothing to eat. I've never been so thankful to have overpriced movie theater popcorn in my life.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWonderful people, wonderful food, wonderful place. Hubby and I recently celebrated our 6th Wedding Anniv. there and Kelsey our server was great. We waited not even 5 minutes to be seated. We ordered our drinks and food. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant and our waitress. She has by far been the best waitress we have ever had!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGood food, no wait: Good food. Never had to wait for a table here which is a plus. Menu has gotten so much better in recent years. Even their low-cal weightwatchers choices are excellent.
