User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsi collected my new BMW and the whole process from the first visit to their showroom, negotiating the deal and finally hand over of vehicle went well. Seem to have good facilites and lets hope their after sales service is just as good.

I have been going to them for service for 8 years and have generally had a positive experience. More recently though they seem to have deteriorated. I had a service a month or so back where the experience was not very good. There was a problem with pickup scheduling, they used the wrong model checklist and they overlooked one of the requested items on my list. Then last week my car died (turned out to be the battery) just weeks after a major service. I called in and was told that they could not fit me in for the next week or so but would try after that. I will be looking for an alternative going forward.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY CLAIM THAT THEY LOST MY WARRANTEE PAPERWORK FOR MY TIRES AND NOW THEY'RE TRYING TO MAKE ME PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTEE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM AGAIN!
