This place was GREAT! We went to the Travis location. Our HP personal computer had a key that came off and we couldn't get it back on. My teenage daughter took the computer in and they were extremely nice to her and very helpful. The key was damaged and needed to be replaced. They gave her a very reasonable quote before doing anything so that she could call me for the "ok." After getting the ok, they worked quickly to search their warehouse to find a replacement key and install it on the computer. Within a couple of hours they called my daughter to let her know that it was ready to be picked up. This was a great experience. Both my daughter and I were very impressed with how easy the folks at Computer Hospital made this for us, how nice they were to her (not everyone is nice to teenagers), and how reasonable their charges were. We will DEFINITELY use them again should we have any future computer issues.

I took my 7 year old Dell desktop to the Katy Frwy location. Sanford did a great job of getting rid of nearly 200 trojans and other virii while saving most of my data. I was expecting to lose everything and have a full reformat of my machine so I was quite relieved! I was charged a reasonable/fair price and all of the charges were clearly explained ahead of time along with guarantees. Additional problems with a faulty floppy disk drive were also repaired. All of the work was done quickly. I appreciated the fact that they patiently explained all of the repairs and answered all of my questions. I have heard nightmares from friends of insanely expensive computer repairs from other places and then their computer ended up croaking or needing additional repairs within a month or two. Computer Hospital stands by their work and will stay with it until everything is done right. I highly recomend the Computer Hospital to everyone.
