About:Wear comfortable shoes and light clothing when you visit this casual Heights nightclub, because it will not be long before you hit the dance floor. Everything from blues to psychedelic rock is featured at Dan Electro's Guitar Bar, and on Thursday nights customers are treated to a jam session with some of Houston's favorite musicians. The interior's funky but fun, and there is a back patio area where you can cool off. Dan Electro's serves only beer and wine, but if you bring your own bottle, they will provide the set-ups.

    I have visited Dan's on a couple of occasions...the music has been awesome, the friendly crowd makes the environment a wonderful place to be. The bartenders are great conversationalists and quite nice to look at. Except for Gabe....just kidding.

    When in Houston, I will always visit Dan's Electro's to hear great music while in great company....wink, wink~~ !

    i went to a bday party there with a friend and i was taken aback at how laid back it was and the people were all awesome! the back pation is very nice and well kept! the plants are nice and big. The music was fantastic...took me back to 1969!!
