   I really don't even know where to start...I had such high hopes or this complex, and STILL find it hard to leave...but I HAVE to. The apartment manager is apathetic and fickle when it comes to any kind of issue that arises. He is impossible to communicate with...he NEVER answers his phone, nor does he return messages. It takes SEVERAL days to get through to him. I, at 25 years old, had to have my father help communicate with him about serious concerns.
   
   I have spent the majority of July and August WITH NO AC (in Houston!!!) because the unit is irreparable and needs to be replaced. I was either ignored or eventually addressed with rude apathy.
   
   Also, employees here(maintenance/security guy, etc) are very unprofessional and have said disrespectful and personal things about me to other tenants...and this happens to almost everyone here.
   
   The manager wants nothing more to do with this property, or the tenants, but is unable to sell it bc he is asking wayyyy too much.
   
   I have dealt with ridiculous lack of maintenance, have been shamed by unprofessional behavior from the Management/employees, verbally and physically harassed by complex 'visitors'...and have just had to suck it up.
   
   THIS PLACE IS HELL. I cannot wait to move.

   This apartment complex will NOT return your deposit and they were stealing every water bill payment that I paid in cash. If you dont have enough time to take this company to court like I am doing then it probably will NOT be worth renting from here. Beware!!!!!!

   Best Secret in Montrose: I just recently moved in under new management and I am extremely impressed. The grounds are kept everyday... The staff and workers are so sweet, and my neighbors are all genuinely welcoming! It is truly the best place I could of found not to mention very reasonably priced!!
