Make sure you are a fan of the teams of the owners and friends because NO ONE at this establishment has a sense of humor. I came to visit Houston for 2 weeks LOVING this bar until one bad experience where I will never come back. I come from a football loving town where most normal people enjoy the game and sport and also can have a sense of humor, including the opposing team. This is not the case here. I love the bartenders but besides that the negative presence of such unfriendly owners (and friends) made this bar a never again. I love me some dive bars, but this one is a dump. By the way Vern, Go Gators!!!!

You need a sports bar?: This is the place to watch the 'stros. Big screens and downhome ambiance. There is the great murmur(between plays)/scream (big play) rhythm when the 'stros are on. Try the local amber on tap. superb.

even if yer not Irish you have to like this place: Nice friendly bar, pool tables and a few electroinc games. Tues night is steak night, fantastic steak , you must try this out. The grill has a selection of goodies to fit any taste. Also a large selection of domestic and imported beers and ales. Oh, and the absolute best St. Patric's day party anywhere!!!
