User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsStopped by after work 9/11/2009 Walked around show room once no one said hello or can we help you. Walked the lot for twenty minutes no one came out. Finally when I was at the last truck a man came and asked if he could help me. I ask him how much the truck could tow? Not a clue, no brochure's for the 1500's he went to ask the sale manager and came back and told me " It can tow a trailer and two horses mon" On that answer I left : wondering big horse or little horse?
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAfter two visits to the dealer the service manager over the phone assumes the tranny is going out, which what I told the dealer the FIRST time! They charged us over $500 dollars in work and have not fixed the issue. Avoid these guys, the level of customer service is pretty bad, but if you want to buy a brand new car then they'll be your "Best" friend!!!
