User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsthat restaurant has really bad services, employes and food are the worst I ask for the manager and none body tell me who was him and I ending talking with the general manager and he just dont have any education that up set me and i really never go back to that place 2 weeks later I when to the gabbys in pasadena tx and it was a little better but for some reason the employes they just dont care about customer services they are really bad I will never go back to gabbys at telephone rd and 610 it's a nightmare

One of the worst meals (of ribs) I have every had. I tried this restaurant with a friend based upon a nice lunch I had at their other location. I swear the ribs were so dry that they were a week old. We complained to the manager on Duty and he just blew us off. NEVER AGAIN.

It's a shame the ribs you had wheren't good and worst that you complained and was blown of by the manager. I'm with you, if the food doesn't meet my expectations, I complain and the manager blows me off, I do not go back either. I've eaten there before, the ribs have always been really good and their mashed potatoes are fabulous (they are home made). Nice atmosphere too. Quiet, uncluttered. No reason not to go back yet.
