Amazing Homemade Tortillas: Gorditas Aguascalientes is by far, one of the best (and cheapest) restaurants I've ever been to. We went, completely unexpecting the great food, but it's now one of our favorites. The gorditas, their specialty, aren't all that amazing. But their tortillas (Note: NOT the flour ones) are really good. I'd recommend some tacos if you're scared to try out something new in fear it might not be so good---but everything is good there. Thumbs Up.
