The prime rib of pork OMG I would recommend it to any one who is Catering an event or family dinner.

We have been going to this meat market for 15 years, we don't even live close to there. For the past 11 years we have driven 120 mile round trip to get thier meats. Glad to see the same smiling faces when we do go there.We highly recommend this meat market. I'm from the area originally but moved away. The people I know I tell them about it they cannot believe that i drive so far to get meat. Hey if they tried them they would drive tooo. Thanks for the great service and the great meats.

Stark Bros is the best meat market in Texas! They still take care of customer's the old fashion way, with personal counter service. The staff are the best and very knowledgeable. If you don't see what you want they'll do there best to get it for you. It's so nice to go into the busy meat market after all these years and know everyone's name. We still live close to the meat market but have many friends and family that make the drive from Austin and beyond to shop!

Our favorites market products are: Stark Bros Sausage, Sirloin Fajitas, Marinated Ribeyes and their Pork Prime Rib.

We highly recommend our neighborhood meat market!
