This place was horrible, owner was rude, selfish and wanted to teach that fruit cup a lesson in manners
I recently went to this restaurant for a family dinner and if not for my family it would have been a horrible experience. The hostess was extremely snooty. In regards to the food, when compared to other nice restaurants in the same price point (i.e. Michelangeloâs, Ruggles, etcâ¦) it was awful and left much to be desired. They seemed to have a reliance on their deep fryer and the appetizers were still burned. I ordered the Pollo Involtini (stuffed chicken with Marsala sauce). It was the worst meal I have ever had at a restaurant. I couldnât even eat the main course or the green beans that accompanied it were equally bad. The only edible part of the meal was the riceâ¦â¦ We even ordered multiple deserts to share and although they were edible that is all that I can say for them. It is my opinion that they are store bought. Go over to your local Krogers and they will be about the same quality. Will never return to this restaurant. The only decent part of the meal was the Bellini that came with my meal. Other than that, McDonalds would have had better quality of food.
The valet service started it off by being slow and asking, "Can you park your own car, then bring me your keys?" Our party was seating fairly fast and we received good service from the waitress. However, the owner brought is DOG in the place, sat at a table near us, then allowed it to walk around. When we complained about that, he picked the dog up and continued his stay with a cigarette. He left, then returned shortly with the DOG and CIGARETTE. My friend's fettucine noodles were not cooked well, but other than that, the food was OK.
