    The agent at this Allstate office helped me out tremendously when I filed a claim. He even came out to my house to check on me, and help me through the claim filing process

    My father is an Insured with your company, he's very old and doesn't speak any english. Well, he had an accident a few weeks ago and was confused to how he should file a claim and if he had the proper coverages. Your office was very pleasant and helpful. They were very concerned for my father, asked him if he was ok and went over his coverages and the details of the accident. After she went over all this with him it turned out that my father needed to file the claim with the other persons insurance company. She assisted with contacting the other company for my father and guiding him in the right direction. We just wanted to thank you for always giving us prompt and the most professional service. You guys have always gone the extra mile for us. Thanks again! The Salinas Family
