Romano Flying Pizza Business Overview

Edit Info

Company Information: As soon as you bite into an over-sized slice of Romano's pizza, you're transported directly to New York. In each slice, the crust crunches just slightly before giving way to the not-too-much, not-too-sweet tomato sauce, melted cheese and Italian sausage. Don't bypass the pastas which usually come with salad and garlic bread. A favorite is their signature Pasta Romanoziti in a light wine sauce loaded with chicken, garlic, tomatoes and feta. It's hard to find good NY-style pizza as well as inexpensive, tasty Italian in Houston, but this place is the real thing. It definitely helps that the owner is from Queens.

Great pizza - crust is great, lots of toppings without being soggy. Alfredo sauce is just the right consistency. Lasagna is great-just the right amount of cheese and sauce, not dry. Marinara sauce tastes authentic. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who's looking for real NY style pizza and real Italian cuisine without trying to break the bank. Two pasta specials without drinks were about $24.00. Try it...I bet you'll like it.

Pretty good pizza: For good pizza and Italian food in Houston, definitely visit Romano's pizza. The only negative is having to wait a little too long for the food.
