I went last week to buy the Infiniti g35 and it went downhill from there. I meet with a sales rep Daniel extremely rude and wasnt even trying to sell the car. Then I called the general manager Keith at first I thought he was going to better but he was just as arrogant and rude. I went to buy the car thinking it was going to be better this time around. I was called and told I was approved and that they have the paperwork ready and the car clean. I told them I couldnt make it until first thing the following morning. I got there in the morning and they claim they sold the car. BAD BAD BAD business, i was approved and told you i was coming but they didnt even have the courtesy to call and say they sold the car. So they pull my credit and wasted my time. 3 days I went to work late trying to buy a car from them but they just wasted my time. I WARN ALL CAR BUYERS DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, EVERYONE IS RUDE AND CAN CARELESS IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM THEM. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME, PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE BECAUSE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU IN YOUR FACE.

I bought 2008 Frontier had 6200 miles on it and when I was doing the paper work I was asked if I wanted a warranty and I said no. I was going to pickup my truck in 3 days.When I got home I was going over the paper work and they had charged me 950.00 for a warranty. When I went back I pointed this out to finance manager and he said I would get a refund. Well 5 months later I have gotten a 729. dollars back and when I question them they siad they had put in the wrong date when I canceled it and would try to get my 229. back, Well 2 months later still have not gotten it and they will not return my calls.
Beware you will be sold useless options. I was under the impression I purchased a Nissan Dealer maint plan. I attempted to get an oil change was told the warranty was only valid a McDavid dealership. I then tried to get it done at McDavid and it was not honored there either. I actually purchased a third party maint plan sold by David McDavid. I went in to the sales area and ask for a refund. I was told by one of the sales managers "something Tony " that it didn't work that way. After personally contacting the maint company and filing a BBB complaint, I was given a refund.
