KNOWLEDGEABLE AND REASONABLE: Upon reading some good reviews about the Fury ball, I went to the shop purchasing the ball last Tuesday and tried it out that same night, bowled 3 games, 512, not quite up to my average. Although the ball fits me nicely and I felt comfortablely throwing it, somehow, the ball just didn't hit the pins like what I read in those reviews. Feeling somewhat disappointed, I called Ronnie the next morning telling him how the ball reacted, he explained to me that the ball was reacting to the lane surface too early, that was why it wasn't hitting as hard as I like, I took the ball to him during my lunch hour, he polished the ball for me and promised me that I would see the difference, I tried it again last night, WOW! what a difference, I had a 753 set, the best I ever have bowled, the ball turned the corner with authority and hit like a truck. On top of the good service I got in the shop, the price is very reasonable as well, I checked around and found the price I paid for this ball was the best price around. HIGHLY RECOMMENED!

Just an average drilling work: Me and my friend went there to have our first bowling ball drilled. I noticed that he did'nt do a consistent job on drilling my ball as well as placing the finger tip inserts. My ball feels a little bit heavy because of the short distance between the finger holes and the thumb insert. Should have widened the gap but since I'm a beginner I have no idea at first. Until I gained some knowledge about the game and an acquaintance whose an experienced bowler noticed it and told me about the poor drilling work. Ronnie's a little bit of a serious person and we're the only customers at that time so he's not involved in a heavy workload. The price for the services is slightly expensive compared to other Pro Bowler's Shops. Anyway he did a good job on my friend's ball as well as to my wife's first ball.
