We stay at alot of hotels due to job travel, and I have paid less for much nicer accomodations. The carpet is nasty. We found it necessary to wear shoes or slippers to go to the bathroom. Drains don't drain properly. Air conditioner leaks. Door doesn't shut easily and is drafty due to poor shut. Tiles are coming up. Bathroom is small and faucets leak. The room just looks and feels gross! Yes, there is a small kitchenette, but no complimentary anything! No pots or pans or coffee filters. And definitely giving up space for the little kitchenette. tiny bathroom with no vanity at all. I would much rather stay in a clean room with a complimentary contental breakfast and coffee packs in the room. By the end of our job we will have stayed in approximately 30 hotels, and we will definitely NOT be staying at this Sun Suites or any other again. Definitely can pay a little less and get alot more for it!

This place is well worth the money. We have been staying here for all most a month due to our house sold before our new one was done. The staff is great. The rooms have been in good shape, any problems we had they was there to take care of them quickly. The only problem we had with the rooms are the carpets were really dirty. Could use a good cleaning.

Typical extended stay hotel stayed there during transition from apartment to new house. Decent location, friendly staff what more could you expect for the price.
