The worst service ever om 03/12/09 The server threw the menus at us and never came to as what we wanted to drink. Ofcourse we walked out and another couple did too I mean come on not even a greet. I don't know why these people work here if they don't like the customer service industry. Someone please come teach this store what great customer service is.

I always loved the Waffle House food but this one shouldn't be open. The service was horrible, the cook and everyone within the kitchen area were scratching and touching themsleves to then continue to work preparing the food orders. Just disgusting! The waiter was loud, because she was listening to music from her ipod while working. Totally unprofessional and yes, gheto! Dirty floors and nasty bathrooms. The worst I have evr seen.

Ive never been to this location, the one i usually go to when in town is off Gulf Freeway on College Street. Its very cozy, small so you dont have to worry about super crowded noisy restaurant, staff is always friendly, tea is always good, and food comes out hot and delicious. Great food [looooove the hash browns- which are thick not thin like most places and the waffle (i hate plain waffles and pancakes) that i could eat even without syrup!], great price . And 24 hours so you never have to worry about "closing time" and getting lousy service because the staff is to preoccupied shutting down.

I hope this location proves to be just as fantastic. ^_^
