    Really bad both times I went. Taco Bell/Taco Cabana level mexican food. The meat is bland, tacos are watery, and the salsa is terrible - tastes chemically, like the plastic tubs they keep it in or something. There are way too many good tex-mex places around to waste a meal in this place.

    The best Mexican food on the planet!!!!!!!! I've been hooked for 5 years now. The food is awesome and the prices are excellent. A family of four can feast for around 35 bucks. Nice, friendly staff and quick service. Atmosphere is great and the place is clean. EAT HERE PEOPLE!!! You will be hooked too. Not sure about the other locations, but this one rocks!

    It's good Tex Mex in Houston: Marcos restaurants are all over Houston. The best way to describe them is quite simply leaps and bounds over a Taco Cabana, but not quite as good as a Gringo's or Papasitios. The atmosphere is quite and friendly. The place is always clean and never jammed packed. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Its at a nice location right across from Reliant Stadium. If you are in the mood for some good Tex Mex you can't go wrong with this place. I usually get the enchilada plate but there are many other great choices to pick from.
