Able Auto Glass

Unfortunately, I have had many dealings with Able Auto Glass. I say "unfortunately" because my winshield seems to be a magnet for rock strikes. I have been fortunate, however, in the fact that I can call Able and get a same or next day appt to quickly fix the damage before it becomes worse. Chris and Deborah are two of the nicest folks that you're going to meet and I like that they go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. I really appreciate the good prices, clean and well equipped waiting room, and speedy service. Keep up the good work AAG and "unfortunately" I will probably be seeing you again soon!!!

I recently had my windshield replaced by Able Auto Glass. Chris and Deborah were friendly and helpful. Chris had ordered the windshield and got the right one in a couple days before I brought it in. When he took it out of the package, he noticed it had a scratch. Instead of calling me to reschedule, he drove across town to get a new windshield so my car would be finished. He certainly went out of his way but what GREAT customer service!

Excellent attention to detail too, window looked perfect!

I had Able Auto Glass replace the windshield on my 2006 Lexus LS430 when a previous rock chip repair failed. My insurance would not cover the cost of OEM glass ($2200), so I searched the internet and found this place. I called and talked to Chris, the owner, and he was very understanding and helped me select a good quality name-brand replacement windshield. I dropped the car off at his shop on Saturday morning and it was ready later that afternoon.

The shop was very clean and well organized. Chris explained in detail how he was going to replace the windshield and make sure the new one was properly and professionally installed.

When I returned to pick up the car, he showed me pictures where he documented the installation. He reinstalled the inspection, registration, and toll tag stickers on the new windshield.

They also have a nice waiting room with TV and WIFI if you wanted to wait. My new windshield looks perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone needing a windshield replaced.
