Anybody that has written a negative review on the customer service at Ferrari of Houston does not own a Ferrari. This place is built on customer service. One guy wanted a parts quote on the phone? That is rediculous. Bring your car in let Giuseppi DiBlasio look at it. He may be the best service manager in North America. Joe Maniaci is as knowledgable a sales specialist on Ferrari as I have ever known. I have owned several Ferraris (make that many) I do own several, and I love the dealership. If you have a negative comment on the dealership, see me at the next Ferrari club meeting and I will introduce you to people that can solve any problem for you from Mr. Risi on down through Don Pierce through Joe Maniaci and into the service department. Otherwise shut your pie hole. (Note to sales staff-Where is my FF?)
The guys there are top notch. I have 2 Ferraris; one new and one that is fairly old. They show me the respect and honesty that I find lacking at other dealers. I hear people complain about the prices of service and parts but you have to understand; it's a Ferrari. It's not a Buick. If you can't afford the whole package, don't bother even looking. Risi and his boys are awesome! Cheers!
Whydidn't you call Maniaci or Don? If you don't know who they are never mind. What kind of part can you buy over the phone? If you have a Ferrari where do you get it serviced? I can't believe that you have the technical ability to service the car yourself and don't just call DiBlasio. I know of several guys in the Ferrari Club that do some work on their own cars for fun and DiBlasio has always lent them a hand on technical stuff. (No I don't know anyone that does any engine work on their own car. Nor, would they want the wrench of anyone other than a factory authorized technician at an authorized dealership to do so...I guess unless you have Challenge car. Then I guess you could have your own crew to maintain and prep your car on race day. For some reason you don't seem to me like a Challenge driver or your call would have not gone to Parts but to either Mr. Risi's cell phone or to his home.
