AWFUL. PERIOD. Just got home from getting my old car that I traded in back. I bought a new Altima Friday 8-11-09 and received a call from Baker Jackson monday asking me to come in, they needed to talk with me. Arrived at Baker Jackson for the finance manager to tell me that they gave me a car that the bank financed me for Friday and then the bank took abck their offer for the amount. Baker Jackson tried to put all the blame on the bank and act like they did nothing wrong. So I called my bank, (which just so happened to be the one that financed me and I didnt even know it) and chewed them out making myself look like a fool. So they brought the sales manager Lonnie in and he tried to make me laugh and tell me about his brother. Which I was not in the mood to hear him grovel. They told me either I give them the loaded Altima back and take the base model with an AM/FM radio and nothing else, or take my old car back. I opted to take my old car back and trust you me, I will be writing a letter to Mr. Jackson letting him know how his sales and finance dept conduct business. I own my own company and would not even think of deceiving someone like this and then when the grass gets cut, the snakes begin to flee. And then blame everything on the bank and act like it was nothing to do with them. If you want trouble, go talk to these guys. I promise you will end up pissed off and feel like you got hustled out of your underwear. Oh yeah and did I mention they had me pay for full coverage insurance before I even picked my car up, so now Im out $200. Oh yeah and did I mention that everytime I wanted to talk numbers and payments they danced around the fact, like 5 different times? Ask yourself one question, do you like dealing with snakes?
Nissan is great car, but if you going to buy one don't buy if from Baker Jackson North. Their service department and service after sale is the worst I've ever seen. I purchased my car there and will have to have it serviced else where. The service department in my opinion is non existent and the management apparently clueless. It's a large purchase so take your money to a dealer that will continue to service you after the sale. If anyone that has had a good expericance with a Nissan dealer in Houston, please share that with me for future purchases and service...but please do not tell me Baker Jackson North.
Very poor customer service. I called on two separate occasions and was placed on hold for almost ten minutes.

Please let me know if you have found a nissan service dept in houston for warranty work. I just picked up car from Baker Jackson North and I am so stressed and in tears over the work or non work performed. They were very rude and the service manager Vannessa was mean and unhelpful and she stepped in after 9 days and made her decision to not fix car under warranty and the rental that was paid by them was now not being paid and no one would get inside van with me and let me show the problems that were very clear. I am still not believing the rudeness and horrible customer service. I have voice mail on my cell to prove their rude behaviors but no one seems to want to bother.
Champion Nissan in Katy, TX has the best service department ever!!!!!!!!!!!
