I had my windshield repair at their Hillcroft location. When I handed the attendant behind the desk my keys I asked him if the repair would damage my E-Z Tag. I was told no that it would be "no problem". I waited 2 hours for what i was told would be a 45 minute repair. I did not complain at the time about that because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. On my way home from work that evening I had to go through a toll with a gate because that was my exit. The gate would not move! I called E-Z Tag the next morning and i was told that my tag did not work and it would be 15.00 to replace it, and that i had 3 violations from the day before. I called Affordable and explained to them that the man behind the counter told me that my EZ-Tag would not be damaged and that it was. I Victor if they would refund me the cost to replace it and I was told that 95% of them are never damaged and that my tag was in the 5% that did get damaged. I asked him why I was not notified of that ahead of time or why it was not posted and I was not given an answer. At this point I had 3 fines to pay for and pay my 15.00 to replace my tag. I was unhappy about the services so I called my bank to dispute the charges. I got a call from Affordable two weeks or so later and the women on the phone told me that they did in fact reimburse for the tolls and I told her that Victor said that they did not and that is why I moved forward with my bank to dispute the charges. She told me that they were going to reposess my car if the claim was not dropped and they were not paid. I think that this is a terrible way to do business and I will never recommend tham to anyone. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU HAVE AN E-Z TAG AND NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH THE TROUBLE I HAVE!

cheapp and fast.. got my window for half the price of the last place i went to. was done in less than an hour

Love them. They have the best prices on glass i could find and did an excellent job. I had 2 broken windows in a month and took it to no one but them.
