If you like food with flavor, especially Cajun, this is a good spot. Service is minimal but efficient and pleasant. There are many choices of dishes but all with a Cajun taste. We usually opt for the chicken and sausage gumbo which is authentic with a great roux, lean tasso sausage and hearty heat spice flavor. The daily specials are always good of which I particularly like the shrimp creole. They also have take home meals that are already flavored so all you have to do is heat and serve. Prices are moderate depending on what you order. It may be hard to find a table at lunch time. Evenings are usually more calm and they typically provide waiter service instead of having to order at the counter.

Love it!: My family and I went here on a Monday for the first time and it was terrific! We not only lucked up with some awesome food, but it was kids night so the kids ate for free. I know that lunch time there is a wait to get in, but it's worth the wait. I had the gumbo and it was really good. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Food - Bad Service: This is place has great food at a great price. However, If you go make sure "not" to be served by Holly. This lady is the one and only sore spot in this otherwise great place to eat.
