* Drive thru service is slow
* They put a "tip" line when you pay with credit - this place is an "order at the counter then come pick up your food" type of place. I don't see why you'd be expected to tip.
* No drink refills - you pay for a soda refill
This place is basically like a Taco Cabana but with better food.-

I went to the Chacho's at Tidwell and the North Frwy and how ghetto it was. The eating area had a juke box blasting rap music and three black ghetto woman with cooch cutter shorts shaking their big A##'s at everyone trying to eat. I then went to complain to the manager who said he could do nothing about the vulger dancing hoes and said that just the way it is. So needless to say Chacho's I'm spreading the word. It's a place where you go to eat and not audition for soul train. But then again it's ghetto land, fema fair grounds, welfare ave. or whatever.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSince Chachos is open 24 hrs I decided to pick up tacos on my way to work at 5:00am. The service was slow, the kitchen staff just seemed as if they were on vacation. I got so sort of runny sauce from the condement bar and finally after a 30 minute wait I got some sort of greasy barbacoa taco. I'll never go there again. To bad because that was a good place to get breakfast at 5:00am.

Say No to Welfare, YOU ARE HILARIOUS! Glad to know. I actually stick to the Westheimer location. The ppl that go there are so....entertaining. LOL No Soul Train auditions though, LMAO! (Thank God) Can't stand that ghetto BS. Anywhoooo...CHACHO'S-BRING THE GREEN RICE BACK! AND STOCK UP MORE ON FISH! I hate going to get my fish tacos & you're out of the damn fish!
Nothing changed before or after you ordered ur food.You had 2 choices-Leave before ordering coz the ghettoness doesn't suit you don't stay ,eat and shut your mouth.Kudos to the manager who did not change eveything just to suit one customer they don't mind missing out on.Sorry can't always have your way.Choose other locations next time and just an fyi future tip:Don't order anything if you don't like the place already. you found the music and ghettoness before u ordered stay or run fast.NEXT
