| About: | Do not let the name Frenchie's fool you. This popular restaurant serves up some of the finest Italian/Neapolitan dishes in the city. The proximity to the Space Center Houston has obviously had an impact on the decor. Instead of typical Italian, you will find lots of interesting NASA memorabilia adorning the walls. Along with assorted Italian choices, the menu also features a nice selection of Gulf seafood. Your best bet is to settle on a combination of the two, a pasta with a zesty sauce and a seafood topping. |

The best food available in the entire Houston area, bar none. I love their cannelloni with sausage. But please don't tell anyone! It is already starting to get too many patrons at lunch, and in spite of their great service I worry that it may take a hungry man too long to get fed! But discounting my selfish interests...
I love the place and their staff. As others have said, it is like home. You will need a carry-out box when you are "done."
EXCELLANT!!!!!!! I an from northern NJ & grew up on this type of food, I have been craving GOOD Italian food, someone told me about this place & I found EXCELLANT food, The mussles marinara were incredible!!!Chicken Parm, like eating in my mothers kitchen. I can't wait to go back.
The best of the best...: From the outside, it does not look like much, especially from an Italian restaurant called Frenchie's... but thats what makes this place so special. Truly outstanding food in a family atmosphere. The owner and his entire family are always on hand to make some incredible dishes that will leave you knowing why this is the best of the best. I love going here and having a bottle of wine and the Linguini Diablo or the egg plant parmigiana. I have not tired the sandwiches at lunch, but everyone I work with swears they are the best. First date or 50th anniversary, this is a special place to go.
