Outstanding Knowledge: Each time I've gone into Hest, I've had a general idea of what I was looking for, but needed a little guidance. From selecting the right bench, core strengthening tools, or free weights, the guys at Hest have helped make sure that I'm getting what I need versus what I thought I needed. The nice thing is, there's no pressure to buy the more expensive items -- just guidance to buy what's right for my needs.

For example, I wanted a free weight set that didn't take up a ton of room and thought I needed the Bowflex weights. We talked about useage, price, and reliability and I went with the Power Block system which has been wonderful and steered clear of the Bowflex system that has shown a tendency to break.

Many thanks to the team at Hest for helping customers rather than forcing us into something that isn't right!

Beyond Great Service: The fitness consultant Gilbert Hernandez, was incredible. He showed us the perfect piece of cardio equipment, a piece that has helped us loose at total of 75lbs between us.. thank you hest fitness
