For 36.00 dollars I would not have expected a "tough, dry" steak. When I complained the manager offered a free dessert. That's not what I expected....
EXCELLENT!!!: Is melt in your mouth good! The whole experience of eating at Perry's is sooooo worth every bit! Always such a treat!

Well did you order it well done? A steak cooked well (or even medium well) can be a dried out piece of meat.....try medium or less....and if too much pink in a steak is a problem for you, then try it with a diane or peppercorn sauce to cover the color.
