Fred Haas Toyota

Absolutely horrible experience. We have purchased several cars over the years but not one experience has been as bad as this one. Needless to say we did not purchase a vehicle nor would I ever from a Fred Haas dealership. Salesman was the most rude, condescending jerk we have ever met. Sure he was your best friend until you sat at his desk. I have never been treated so poorly. The worst part is our young daughter even commented on how rude the salesman was to us. I would advise you to look elsewhere. Houston prices are ridiculous, you can get a better price on the same car in San Antonio.

Went to vuy a new Avalon. Had drawn up their inventory on computer although would not let me print. When got to dealership drove around in a golf car with internet sales manager and lo and behold all of a sudden could not find that many cars available. He showed me the Toyota inventory which is available only to Toyota employees and told me that was the only web site for inventory in spite of the fact had seen a different one on the internet. In fact the dealership we did business stated that there is the dealership web site and the Toyota website. Told the salesman we didn't want a certain color and lo and behold he takes us to the very color of car we didn't want. Then he drives us to some used Lexus vehicles. It became very obvious that they did not have any intention or desire to sell us a vehicle on their lot but instead wanted to locate us one. We left and called a dealership out of town who not only found us an excellent price (much lower than any in Houston) but sent us pictures and a list of all the options on the cars from which we could choose. We are going to purchase the car tomorrow with absolutely no obligation to do so if the car is not exactly what they stated it to be. Definitely look around and only use Fred Haas if you have no other options.

Best car shopping experience. I dealt with the Mgr Kris yoosefi, which my co-worker recommended him. very profesional and a good sence of humour.I was not low balled like some dealers do to get you in the door and they did not play games. Big selection and most importantly a quick process and a clean dealership.
I will recommend kris and his finance guys to all my family and friends.
