We had the worst experiences of our life with Mossy. The sales man was good but his manager did not help at all. He was very rude and needed help(needs a diffrent job or some schooling). They wanted to give nothing on a trade in and did not come off the price at all. They wasted our time! But all I can say as at least my pay check doesn't depend on the cars I sell.(haha)
I had the worst 2 experiences of my life with Mossy's service dept. The service manager had the audacity to tell me "I am sorry sweetie, but I can't wave a magic wand over your head and make it all better." I was having a problem with a 2009 maxima. I couldn't believe my ears. I have never been so angry in my life. I took my car to Champion Nissan and everyone was very helpful and professional.
I didn't buy my 350Z from here, but their service department has been real good to me. Way better than that POS Sterling Mc Call Nissan on south 59. I still can't get over the fact how bad some of these dealerships are!

Thanks for your review. I am looking to get my car repaired and I wanted to go to the nearest Nissan dealership. After reading all the reviews regarding B and J Nissan off of the 610 loop, I decided to go to the place where I bought the car - Mossy Nissan. Thanks again!
