US Post Office

could not agree more with the delivery service from this PO - once or twice a month, we see actual mail truck -otherwise, it's a car you're not sure is going to make it around the block! i get mail in my box for the neighbors; my credit card bills have been lost and i've had to call and have them replaced more than once; my water was about to be cut off as i had called then water company wheni realized i'd not recieved a bill for several weeks - come to learn, i was 2 days from cut off due to non payment! this is RIDICULOUS! i've always paid promptly, now i'm having to worry that my credit may be affected by this incompetence! i've talked t my neighbors, they have the same complaints about wrong mail and NO mail! the counter people in the PO were nice enough, i've called to complain about mail service and have also visited there - and NO, nothing changed! it is a 'scary' area that you do NOT want to be in alone or late in evening!

I live in a really nice new neighborhood, as well. And unfortunately this is my post office, since the surrounding areas are horrible. I've had many problems with packages not being delivered to my house, and having to drive there myself. The people that work there are very rude, unless you're a local. And the area is very dangerous. My brother in law was driving down Mesa to avoid traffic a couple years ago, and he was held at gunpoint in a stop light there. I've seen horrible things in that area. I absolutely hate it.

I live in a nice area, unfortunately the surrounding areas that were there before the new developments are not so nice. Actually they're pretty horrible. I've heard of people being killed or assaulted in this neighborhood... So It's ridiculous that sometimes I have to go retrieve my own mail because of their incompetence, but to deal with them being incredibly rude on top of all else is just baffling.
