NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO BMW WEST.
I was in an accident on 3/6/08. It took the dealership 2 months to return my vehicle. THATS NOT IT.
1. I had to end up paying about $700 for rental car fees due to the delay.
2. The front bumper they used was previously repaired in the middle and it deteriorated within 10 months of it being installed.
3. This one is a good one. THEY PAINTED MY CAR METALLIC BLACK INSTEAD OF FLAT BLACK. HELLO!!!!!
4. John Stanridge (John.Standridge@bmwwest.com) the body shop supervisor got pissed at me because I requested that the dealer replaced all the STOLEN stuff out of my car. They stole my high beam bulbs, tools, luggage strap, floor mat hold downs.
5. Monty Meeves (monty.meave@bmwwest.com), supposedly the dealership guru, got upset because I took my car on a Saturday (like they told me to) to get repaired and almost caused a scene at the dealership because the wouldnt repair the car and give me a rental. They wanted me to return on Monday. I LIVE IN TOMBALL.....GOOD LUCK MAKING THIS ONE FLY. So he made up that I physically threatened his staff. Coward, that is what he is.
5. They refuse to replace the cheap bumper that they installed on my car (although it was supposedly a lifetime guarantee) and I have the paperwork. I HAVE HIRED AN ATTORNEY THOUGH AND HAD IT FIXED ELSEWHERE.

The service here is very poor. Once they take your money then they do not give a F..k. My car has been in the shop for over two weeks now and it is still there. The first service agent went AWOL. So, the manager took up the slack. He has to start all over again contacting my insurance company. I was told for my own good. Yeah, right. No one from the repair shop call me and let me know what was going on. I called in several times and left messages but no one call me back. Finally, I got irrate and got a new service agent. He has no idea what was going on and started all over again with the insurance company. Long story short, my car is still there and I am driving a rental car from Hertz that they rented for me.
Service at this place is terrible. Reconsider buying a car from here or use this place to repair your car.
Very disappointed in the service standards, specially the attitude, of the service providers. Left my Mini fro some work and called after a week , to find out that they knew nothing about my car. The person who took my key was no longer working there. The repair for which I had taken the car was not taken care of. One of the person at mini told me that this is what happens when you buy your mini from some other dealer. He did not support the product he was selling.
