I would give this place a 0 if I could but i guess one star will do. This place not only over charged our group, but they also are very dirty. The restrooms did not even have soap! How would you expect the waiters and cooks to wash their hands? I looked and I also told the waiters but they were rude and didn't do anything about the situation. I can't believe service could be that awful. We waited a long time to be served. The food isn't good either for the high prices they ask for. It's too expensive for the quality of the food. I usually don't mind paying extra for service and quality but this was way over-priced and disgusting. Don't waste your time.

Lets start off by saying that I will NEVER go back to this place again and I would not recommend anyone to go there. First of all, we had made a reservation, we got there a few minutes later after the time we made it and it was NOT set up. Then we were over-charged for our drinks. When we tried to talk about it, they were RUDE, IMPOLITE and UNCOOPERATIVE. The manager said they would not care to lose a few clients but HELLO, its all about customer service. To top it off, we asked for them to split the check, they refused saying that we asked for it to be on one tab. We never did, why would we ask for a party of 11 to be on one tab! Then when we paid, asked a certain amount to be charged on the card and said they couldnt do that because they had to add 22% for tip! Finally, we got irritated and paid some in cash and some on the card. The receipt for the card was $80 dollars and the statement said $180!!! Bunch of Crooks.

I went to a friend’s Birthday party, and from the beginning the service was below average. The waiter did not speak clearly and I could not understand anything he said. The atmosphere is excellent but the lack of attention to customer service and politeness make this restaurant fail and a good dinning place. Our drinks came late and the order of drinks was wrong. We ordered regular tequila shots and were giving the most expensive tequila on the bar. When we went to complain about the error in the tab we were told by the manager that the shots were $15.00 and there was no mistake. We were forced to pay the full tab and the manager made it clear that he did not want or care about our business. It’s sad when people only care about you by how much you are worth instead of caring about who you are. I will not be going to Cascadas on Westheimer again. Overall they get a Zero.
