User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe absolutely best ribs I ever had, and I have eaten in KC BBQ restaurants, Memphis BBQ joints and none even come close. Willams Smokehouse is BBQ heaven.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy BBQ trail: Ottos, Goode Company, Williams: What a find in my new neighborhood. Drove by lots before stopping in to check it out. I'm pretty picky about my BBQ - Pappas ought to be shot for their bland rendition. Williams is GOOD! My favorites are the pork link, ribs and CHICKEN - best BBQ chicken I've ever had - smoked is a better description - eat it without the sauce. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
