    As busy as the other BMW dealers in Houston, but service advisors are very professional and many have been there for years (a good sign). No issues with customer service or sales advisors. Drove various cars and went over prices with a very professional saleswoman (Hannalore Briggs). No pressure and she researched new promotions to take effect the following month. No discount on European delivery MSRP, though. Parts dept were great - the young man who helped gave me the best non-internet price on the part I needed. Beautiful new showroom and WiFi lounge. Right next to MB dealer for cross-shopping. Im in Sugar Land now but use them for service. Chris Brown in Express Service is the best advisor I've used in Houston.
