    DO NOT PAY FOR NAVIGATION! Our new 2009 Chevrolet Traverse LTZ came with a $2000 Navigation System that doesn't work! When we test drove our vehicle the Navigation DVD was not in the system, therefore, you could not test it. It wasn’t until we took delivery of the vehicle and arrived at home that we discovered this serious problem. I truly feel ripped off and cheated after paying $2000 for such an upgrade that obviously was falsely advertised to us at the time of purchase.

    Parkway Chevrolet has had our vehicle longer than we have since we purchased it and has placed hundreds of test miles on it, not to mention dings and scratches that have added character to our new vehicle. The dealership has concluded that there is nothing that they can do for us. They won't even refund our $3000 for the system that doesn't work. They also had a General Motors Representative visit and test drive our vehicle and he also will do nothing for us, as well. The owner of this dealership is extremely rude and unprofessional and I won't even waste your time to speak of the service department’s management and staff’s unprofessional customer service skills. The only pleasant person is their wonderful day-time receptionist Jess. Parkway wanted to blame GM for all the problems.

    The dealership’s service manager first accused our after-market Clifford alarm system of causing the problem, so we contacted the installer and had it removed (another $600 loss), even though we called and complained the first night before the alarm was installed. Our navigation system will not get you to an entered destination. It doesn’t even get close to the target. When you attempt to display your current location, it is off by several blocks from the actual GPS location. Why would you purchase such an upgrade at such a high cost that doesn’t provide accurate information? It is worthless!

    they got me in and gave me the bait and switch, where should i go, i want to buy a preowned vehiicle. they even held my keys on my trade in

    Found a 2001 VW Golf on Automart and I called 4 times before I head up there to make sure they still had it in stock. They kept saying yes, and when I went up there. "A customer is test driving it." Bullshit, then they tried to sell me a three year old car for 1000 below the orginal value when it was brand new in 05. Pity, never again will I ever go there. Used car sales is a bunch of sorry a** people. I had to go inside and ask for a salesmen. Was out in the hot sun for about 20 minutes at that.

    used car dept....SUCKS.
    tried selling us a used tahoe with...spray painted thrid role seat! (yes i said spray paint..silver at that) it was all over the back of the suv..they tried telling us it was leather conditioner....plus the first price the offered us was $30,000! for that! which has broken center console...dirty carpet with holes in it..broken inside lights..paint peeling off of the stearing wheel...come-on u can get a new one for that amount after rebates. later on i got online to view pictures of it...to see if they show the thrid role seat..sure enough its there..how can someone not notice that? or even sell a car in that condition! as if nothing is wrong with it. they put us in a different one (which i regret..she returned it the next night) due to them over charging us so much above the kelly blue book value the fiancing company we have our pre-approved loan through said no way take it back go somewhere else....totally crazy. i had prev. purchased a 2007 new truck from there a couple of years ago..things went okay which is why i came back...that place. def has gone downhill.
