User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsA pleasant experience...: I was surprised to see the negative reviews regarding this US postal location. Everytime I've visited (I check our P.O. box at least once a week), I've always been treated like I was an old friend returning. Lots of smiles, really courteous people, always helpful. Hmmm, makes you wonder, huh?

MORE THAN ANYTHING THE EMPLOYEE WHO HELPED SHE DIDN'T EVEN HELP ME WITH THE QUESTION I HAD..ANOTHER COUSTMER HAD TO HELP ME! WHAT A SHAME!! YOU HIRE PEOPLE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! ANOTHER THING THEY ALL HAVE BAD ATTITUDE PROBLEMS!! NEVER SAW AN EMPLOYEE SMILE!! :) YOUR HERE TO HELP US THAT WHY THEY PAY YOU!!

I am with Carol. I am surprised that there have been any bad comments concerning this place. These people have been very nice to me and extremely helpful to everyone that I saw needing help. Great people that have gone way out of their way to help people.
